For years, I have been struggling with migraine headaches, despite all lifestyle adjustments and hormone regulation, the headaches have not ended. At least once a month, the migraine recurred, and it was only after testing the light bar that I began to notice a change and alleviation of the problem. As soon as the aura occurs, I lie down on my side and place a plaque under my head, thus preventing a more severe course such as vomiting and dizziness.

Really great!

After a few weeks of use, I started to notice that I have significantly more stable energy during the day. There are no more falls when I am 'cut off'. I was especially surprised by how quickly I calm down after a busy day.

I'm finally sleeping!

The biggest difference for me is the focus. I used to be constantly scattered, but now I have a feeling of greater clarity and composure. Sleep is also more peaceful and deep.
